To win, the player must match 3 or more reel symbols on a win line, or have 3 or more Power Lever scatter symbols anywhere in view. All line pay symbols must appear on a win line and on consecutive reels beginning with the far left reel. Only the highest win is paid on each win line. Coinciding wins on different win lines are added. Scatter wins and bonus wins are added to pay line wins.
The Radiation Warning symbol is wild, and substitutes for any symbol except the Power Lever scatter symbol.

Any reel win triggers the Chain Reaction feature. All winning symbols lock in place and the reels keep spinning until the total win ceases to improve.

6 or more Power Lever scatter symbols in view triggers the Lab Of Loot Bonus. The player selects one of the levers to reveal a mystery cash prize on one of the TV screens. If the player reveals a Monster's Head on their selected TV screen, the Power Up Bonus is triggered.

In the Power Up Bonus, the power arm activates one or more times. The number of activations remaining is shown on the central dial. After each activation, the power arm stops on one the segments of the outer dial. Finding a Monster's Head symbol triggers the ultimate bonus - the Money Monster. The lightning from the storm brings the monster to life with an electrifying prize!

Development
Dr Frantic utilises the highly successful Lock 'N' Load feature that was first used in Martin's Gold Strike game. Martin completed the AS3 game code for Dr Frantic in September 2012, and integrated the game with OpenBet's server in the summer of 2013.
In 2014, at the request of Ladbrokes, free spins and a multiplier wheel bonus were added to the game. The new revised game was called Dr Frantic and the Monster Spins.

Release
Dr Frantic and the Lab of Loot was launched on SkyVegas, in October 2013. It was subsequently also launched on Betfair and Ladbrokes.
