Gems Patientline is a fast-paced, gold rush mining themed game. It is a points-based game of skill. The game is the hospital bedside entertainment system version of JPM's video pub game Gems.

Match three or more gems of the same colour to clear them from the mine. Scoring is based on the number of gems cleared, as well as speed. Advance to higher levels by clearing the mine below the wooden beam.
